New Updates

I have added some small UI changes to get everything to flow better. I have also included a timer to show how long it is going to be until the next poke.  I have also added a splash screen to check the license on the pro version.  There seemed to be errors if there was no splash screen.  Hope you enjoy version 1.1, more updates coming soon.
